We are looking for motivated Loan Officers to assess loan applications, build client relationships, and grow our loan portfolio across the Mbeya Region. You will work closely with farmers, entrepreneurs, and community groups.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in microfinance or financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ride a motorcycle (valid licence preferred)
Knowledge of Swahili and English
